There are two distinct polls so that consumers and retailers can vote separately for their favourite products. This also means that we gain hugely valuable knowledge about the opinions of our readers and our retailers.
Each year after the polls have closed and winners have been selected, companies are able to label their winning products with stickers showing their achievements so that consumers easily recognize and choose these award-winning products.
